Maximized storage density
Eliminates conventional forklift aisles for higher storage utilization.
Combining four-way shuttles, intelligent scheduling and the Matrix8 Software Platform, we build
high-density, high-efficiency and scalable pallet warehousing systems for food cold chain,
new energy, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and logistics centers.
Redefining space utilization and operating efficiency in pallet warehousing
Eliminates conventional forklift aisles for higher storage utilization.
Assigns tasks dynamically, optimizes routes and raises overall throughput.
Add vehicles, locations and workstations as business grows, with no wholesale rebuild.
Continuous 24-hour operation that holds up under peak demand.
Runs reliably at -25°C, lowering cold-chain operating costs.
Fits both new builds and retrofits, shortening project timelines.
Every device is coordinated in real time by Matrix8

High-density storage | Decoupled storage and picking | Shared inventory | Flexible expansion | Multi-mode outbound
The upper level uses dense pallet shuttle storage, cutting conventional forklift aisles and fixed lanes to gain far more capacity on the same footprint. Deep-lane dense storage means fewer square meters carry more inventory.
Shuttles above handle dense full-pallet storage, while AMRs below form a flexible picking buffer that moves goods needing case or item picking to the picking area in advance — so shuttles are not tied up in end-of-line picking and each device runs at its own best efficiency.
The same stock serves full-pallet, full-case and item-level orders at once. Full-pallet orders ship straight from the shuttle system, while for item orders the shuttles replenish the lower level and AMRs then deliver them to the picking area — avoiding multiple inventories for each channel.
Storage capacity and picking throughput can be planned independently. When peak season demands more outbound capacity, add AMRs, workstations or robots rather than rebuilding the entire high-bay system.
The AMR zone below can carry pallets and also mobile racks and other containers, covering full cases, loose items and hanging garments — upgrading single-purpose pallet automation into a more flexible storage-and-picking system.
Pallet shuttles and AMRs work together to combine high-density storage with flexible picking, so one inventory serves full-pallet, full-case and item-level orders at the same time.
