About the Matrix 8 Storage+ Solution
The Matrix 8 Storage+ subsystem is built around Pallet Shuttle (four-way pallet shuttle) and AMR products. On the upper levels, four-way shuttles provide high-density dynamic pallet storage, while on the ground floor AMRs carry out automated storage, retrieval and transport. Alongside high-density storage, the system easily handles scenarios with many SKUs and high throughput, greatly improving inbound and outbound efficiency, simplifying the interfaces of the storage subsystem, and reducing the complexity of integrating the subsystem.

As its business has grown, Senbao Culture's current distributed conventional flat-floor warehouses can no longer meet the requirements for storage density and picking throughput, and the warehousing system needs a centralized, intelligent upgrade to support the company's future development plans. To this end, Senbao Culture has joined hands with ATOMIX to carry out an intelligent upgrade of its existing warehousing operations, and the project has now entered the launch phase.
At the launch meeting, Chen Weidan, one of the founders of Senbao Culture, introduced the Senbao leaders and department heads in attendance and gave important instructions. As a leading company in the industry, Senbao Culture has always put customer satisfaction first; as an important support for its future business, Senbao Culture cannot do without a well-developed supply chain system, so the company attaches great importance to this new project and has high expectations for the smart warehouse that is about to begin. The project will now formally enter the implementation phase. At the launch meeting, the project teams of both sides held thorough discussions on key project milestones, technical difficulties in the solution, project communication mechanisms, project schedule and safe construction, among other topics, so as to ensure the successful delivery of the project and bring excellent project results to the customer.
In this project, the Matrix8 Storage+ solution consolidates the materials and processes of more than ten Senbao Culture warehouses into a single high-bay warehouse (AS/RS). The overall solution increases storage density by 100% and picking efficiency by 80%, ensuring efficient warehouse operations, while the clever design of the solution helps reduce the customer's costs by about 8% and eases the customer's investment pressure. In addition, the scalability of the Matrix8 Storage+ solution will also help the customer well handle the future combined growth of its 2B and 2C business. The system has already been successfully applied in pharmaceuticals, footwear and apparel, intelligent manufacturing, new energy and several other industries.
