On April 29, the 2026 Lenovo Supplier Conference was held in Hefei. Tang Wenbin, Founder and Chairman of ATOMIX, attended as a guest and delivered a keynote titled “Embodied Native: Unlocking Physical Intelligence.”

A Paradigm Shift: From “Sense–Decide–Act” to End-to-End AI
Tang Wenbin said that a paradigm shift is now under way in robotics. “We are moving from the traditional ‘sense–decide–act’ model to an end-to-end, purely AI paradigm driven by models and data. Embodied intelligence today is not yet advanced enough, but progress is extremely fast.”
Across a large number of experiments, the ATOMIX team has already observed a scaling law in robotics, as well as the preliminary generalization capability that the model shows when interacting with robots through natural language prompts.
Toward the goal of general embodied intelligence, the two teams led by Tang Wenbin are advancing along two complementary directions.

ATOMIX’s embodied intelligence team pursues general embodied intelligence and is committed to “bringing intelligence to every robot” — giving each robot an evolving brain driven by models and data. ATOMIX’s warehouse automation business focuses on supply chain and logistics scenarios. As a leading AI Native flexible warehousing solution provider in China, it uses a “1+4” technology foundation — Matrix8 intelligent software plus four major logistics robots — to efficiently connect the full chain of storage, movement, and picking. Its solutions have been deployed in 30+ countries across 500+ projects; its core product, the Pallet Shuttle, ranks second in global sales, and it ranks first worldwide in the number of projects with fleets of more than 50 units.
That embodied brain is embedded in real warehouse scenarios, driving pallet shuttles, AMRs, and many other types of logistics robots to upgrade from “executing preset programs” to “making autonomous decisions in real time,” and to keep learning and evolving with every task — bringing warehousing and logistics into a genuine era of proactive intelligence.

Working with Lenovo to Deliver a Multi-Robot Warehousing Project for ST Logistics in Singapore
The ultimate validation of technical capability comes back to real-world scenarios. All AI, embodied intelligence, and robotics technologies must enter real scenarios to truly create customer value.
Tang Wenbin shared a representative case delivered jointly with Lenovo: a mixed multi-type robot warehouse automation solution built for ST Logistics, a Singapore-based logistics company.

The project brings together pallet shuttles, Pallet AMRs, automated put walls, embodied robots, and other types of robots, covering core warehousing steps such as inbound, storage, outbound, picking, and packing. Combining full pallet and bin capabilities in a single storage-and-picking system, it maximizes the customer’s storage locations, and its storage-above, picking-below layout together with the automated put-wall solution helps the customer significantly improve order picking and outbound efficiency. Each robot performs its own role, driven by the same embodied model and scheduling system to achieve efficient coordination — truly reducing costs while increasing efficiency.
This case is a model of deep integration and mutual empowerment between the embodied intelligence brain and real warehouse scenarios. One brings intelligence; the other brings energy. Together they move customers from single-point automation to system-wide intelligence, truly injecting transformative power into their supply chains.
Working with Global Ecosystem Partners to Accelerate Physical Intelligence
From models to scenarios, from the laboratory to the warehouse floor, embodied intelligence is accelerating into the real world.
Looking ahead, ATOMIX looks forward to working with Lenovo and ecosystem partners around the world to create greater value for more scenarios and more customers, and to jointly bring about the era of physical intelligence.
